Vision Hubei Base, since the launch of the "Do it Right Once" quality improvement pledge conference on October 30, 2020, with the theme of "Quality First• Prevention First", standard and process training, on-site improvement, process audit, system knowledge competition and a series of quality improvement activities have been carried out in various workshops and regions.

Vision Shenzhen Lithium Battery-Dapeng Base, since the quality improvement conference with the theme of " Zero Defects • Do it right one time" held on December 9, 2020, with the platform of “Do it right one time”, from executives to the front line employees, all employees participate to create the "Four Ones" business philosophy, that is, do the right team once, the right product once, the right system once, and the right service once.

In order to better implement the project, the base specially established a senior management audit team, a audit team and a improvement team. The senior management audit team regularly audits and compares the workshop on-site craftsmanship and 6S labor discipline, and commends and reviews the audit results; the improvement task force conducts special improvements to audit issues. At the same time, in order to boost morale, the base has adopted various incentive measures.

Vietnam Base of Vision Group

Vision Vietnam Base, on December 26, 2020, the quality month event with the theme of "All Staff Participation • Co-Creating Quality • Do It Right One Time • Starting from Me" officially kicked off, and all members participated in " Do It Right One Time " For the quality management project, a series of activities including product training, job training, process training, experience sharing, and problem improvement training were carried out.
