On February 14th, 2022, Vision Group has signed a joint venture agreement with Guangdong Linkye Gas Co., Ltd which is the largest professional energy gas company in South China focusing on the production and sales of hydrogen products.

In order to actively implement the policies of various national ministries, support the development of the hydrogen energy industry and build a Shenzhen characteristics demonstration base for the hydrogen energy industry, Vision Group and Guangdong Linkye Gas established comprehensive strategic cooperative relationship. The two parties will complement each other’s resource advantages, based on the overall hydrogen production, sales, and logistics capabilities of Guangdong Lianyue Gas, as well as the comprehensive strength of the professional fuel cell energy field of Vision Group.

According to the agreement, the two parties will set up a joint venture company to jointly build the Hydrogen Refueling and Production Integrated Station Project in vision industrial park, to promote the development of the hydrogen energy industry.

Guangdong Linkye Gas

Guangdong Linkye Gas is the largest professional energy gas company in South China, with high-level technology, sales, logistics, overall construction and project operation capabilities, focusing on the production and sales of hydrogen products and providing various professional hydrogen solutions for hundreds of companies, hydrogen refueling stations and hydrogen energy related industries in areas such as metallurgy, chemical, semiconductor and new materials. All members of the management team of Linkye Gas have more than 20 years of experience in production, technology and management in multinational gas companies.

Vision Hydrogen

Since the deployment of the hydrogen energy in 2014, Vision Group has realized the layout of key links in the hydrogen energy industry chain such as hydrogen production, membrane electrodes, fuel cell stacks, systems, and vehicle operation. The industry layout involves Shenzhen, Wuhan, Datong, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Qingdao and other cities. Relying on the layout advantages of the whole industry chain, technology research and development capabilities and accumulation of project experience, Vision Group has laid a solid foundation of becoming a respected leader in smart hydrogen energy solutions in the future.

This agreement will officially launch a new round of deeper cooperation. With the deeper cooperation, Vision Group will continue to practice the concept of green and low-carbon development, and promote the realization of the "dual carbon" goal.
